I have served as a judge for the San Francisco International Wine Competition for five consecutive years, spoken at the Culinary Institute of America Summit for Beverage Professionals, participated as a tasting panelist for Wine & Spirits Magazine, and advised the Fine Minds4Fine Wines think tank in Europe. In 2017, I was honored on the Top 40 African American Tastemakers (Under/Over 40) list. I’ve also been deeply involved with the annual Wine Spectator list for more than a decade, earning recognition for developing an expansive and inclusive wine program.
